Notice of Intent to Solicit from a Single Source

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Technical Operations (TechOps), intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.5 to Edgesource Corporation in Alexandria, VA. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities and proprietary nature of the contractor.

This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
