Qu'Appelle River at Grid 600 Erosion Remediation Project

The Rural Municipalities of Spy Hill No. 152 and Rocanville No. 151 are seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the construction of erosion protection works on the banks of the Qu’Appelle River upstream of Grid 600. The project includes site preparation, sediment management, bank grading, hauling and stockpiling of spoil material, geotextile installation, and the placement of rock riprap. The work is to be completed in late-August and early-September of 2025.

Each tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked "Tender for Contract No. SW251521 for Qu’Appelle River at Grid 600 Erosion Remediation". Tenders may be delivered by mail or in person to the office of the Rural Municipality and will be received until 4:00 p.m. C.S.T. on June 12, 2025. No tender received after this time will be considered.

Email submission of bids will be permitted however, the R.M. of Spy Hill No. 152 cannot guarantee confidentiality of e-mailed documents and the Bidder assumes all risks associated with these forms of communication. All electronic bids will be required to provide copies of the Bid Bond.

o Original copies of the successful Bidder’s bid documents and bonding shall be provided as soon as practicable.
o Electronic bids need to be received at the office by 4:00 pm on June 12, 2025. Any bid received after this time will be rejected.
