INVITATION FOR BIDS

PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR QUIDNICK PARK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of Coventry, Town Hall, 1670 Flat River Road, until 4:00 P.M. on March 14th, 2025, any questions regarding the IFB, please contact (in writing ONLY via email) the following person at the Town no later than March 7 ^th , 2025 at 4:30 P.M. Bids shall be opened publicly and read aloud in the Town Council Chambers located at the aforementioned address on Monday, March 17 ^th , 2025 at 10:00 A.M. For full bid package of specs visit www.coventryri. gov or www.purchasing.ri.gov.

The Town reserves the right to conduct due diligence as it deems necessary to access the bidder’s performance capability, capacity, qualifications and any other criteria required by the IFB to provide the service(s) and/or good(s) requested in the IFB. At the Town’s request, bidders shall furnish any and all additional information and data as may be requested by the Town for its due diligence. Bids are to be submitted on forms furnished by the Town and completed bid forms are to be deposited with the Town Clerk no later than 4:00 P.M. on March 14th, 2025.

The Bid Envelope must be clearly marked “PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR QUIDNICK PARK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM”.
