Luxury Picnic Blankets

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of a quantity of 1,665 luxury picnic blankets, each with a SIGA rewards logo on the carry bag/handle, to be shipped to SIGA Central Office and each Casino site in the quantities listed in Table #2.

Special Instruction to Bidders:

All bids to be in Canadian Dollars $CAD.
Total Bid Price to include all fees, logo setup, taxes, shipping/delivery, etc. with no additional costs to SIGA.
Please provide the guaranteed delivery date of expected receipt of full order by, as below.
Substitutions will be allowed, of similar specifications and of better quality. All quoted specifications to be included in bid. Provide quantity and photo of each style. Provide additional logo information, and costing for each style as required. Ie. embroidery, versus screen print, versus deboss, etc.
Production Logo file will be provided in the appropriate format to awarded vendor.
SIGA will obtain and provide all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable.
To fulfill quantities for required timelines, multiple bids from multiple vendors may be accepted.
Order required to be completed by the stated delivery date by the vendor.
Awarded vendor must provide Digital proofs to be approved by SIGA, prior to Production.
Vendor to provide shipping quotes to all addresses and quantities as listed in Table #2.
