The Rural Municipality (RM) of McKillop is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Feasibility Study to assess the optimal location for a Municipal Office and Shop. The study will evaluate multiple potential sites based on a range of factors including accessibility, infrastructure, cost-efficiency, environmental impact, and future growth potential. The goal of this study is to provide the RM with informed recommendations for the best location to enhance service delivery and ensure long-term sustainability.

Scope of Work:
1. Data Collection & Site Visits

Gather demographic, economic, and infrastructure data for potential sites.

Conduct site visits to assess the suitability of each location.
2. Stakeholder Consultation

Engage with municipal leaders, employees, and community members to understand their needs and preferences.

Collect feedback to inform the decision-making process.
3. Infrastructure & Logistics Review
-
Evaluate transportation access, utilities, and other infrastructural requirements.

Review zoning regulations for each potential site.
4. Cost-Benefit Analysis

Perform a financial analysis of each site, considering initial and long-term costs.
