Solicitation Description:

The City of San Antonio (City), Public WorksDepartment (PWD) is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) forqualified firms (Respondents) to provide construction services for the West College Link (St. Mary’s to Memorial High School toZarzamora Creek), a 2022 Bond Project. One of the City’s goals that the Parks and Recreation Department wants to help address with this project is bike and pedestrian access, specifically that all citizens would be within a 10-minute walk to a park. This project will provide greater bike and pedestrian connectivity for both residents and students at St. Mary’s University and Memorial High School to the Westside Creek Greenway trail network, via the recently completed Zarzamora Creek Greenway trail.
