Dobbs Ferry Road Sidewalk Construction Bid

The Owner is the Town of Greenburgh, and the work site is located in the Town of Greenburgh. The project is located along the south side of NYS Route 100B (Dobbs Ferry Road) from Sciortino Place to Tarrytown Road (NYS Route 119).

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of ADA compliant sidewalk with curb, signing and striping including the installation of crosswalks, drainage improvements, and the installation of ADA compliant curb ramps.

This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2025, as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website must be followed by the successful bidder. The DBE goal for this project is 10%. The EEO employment goals for this project are a 22.6% minority employment goal and a 6.9% women employment goal. There are no M/WBE goals for this project.
