RIPTA and its strategic partners seek a qualified consulting firm/team (The “Firm”) to conduct a thorough review of its transit operations and administration. The aim of this review is twofold: (1) To uncover ways to enhance efficiency and streamline costs in order to solve projected budget shortfalls; and (2) To review the Transit Master Plan and identify scenarios aligning plan recommendations with current and future economic projections.
