Operation of the Region 2 & 9 Transportation Management Center (TMC)

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) has released the Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a consultant(s) to provide qualified staffing to operate Regions 2 & 9 Transportation Management Center located in Utica (R2) and Binghamton (R9), NY.

The base term of this contract is three (3) years. The contract may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods.

The proposal due date of April 9, 2025 is subject to change.
