Vendor Managed Inventory Services

RGRTA is seeking a qualified Vendor to provide vendor managed inventory services for its Regional Transit Service, Inc. (RTS) subsidiary, located at 1372 East Main Street, Rochester, New York. Services include, but are not limited to, acquisition of parts, parts operation staffing and supervision, parts management software, reporting (standard and ad hoc), inventory management and control, achieving high on-demand rates for parts ordered and making recommendations for cost savings and process efficiency.

Funding for the services being sought under this solicitation include New York State and RGRTA. Please consult the Event for any MWBE and/or SDVOB goals related to this procurement.

Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
