Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated March 7, 2025, and any addenda thereto, includes asphalt plane & overlay, crack sealing, microsurfacing, pavement & concrete repairs, sidewalk improvements, pavement markings, sports court acrylic surface treatment, school flasher material procurement & delivery, traffic signal rewiring & equipment upgrades, recreational pathway reconstruction, and other appurtenant work.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $6,600,000.
The Engineer's Estimate for Bid Alternate A is $918,000.
The Engineer's Estimate for Bid Alternate B is $431,000.
The Project Completion Date is September 26, 2025.
