COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Wayzata, Minnesota is seeking qualified consulting firms to assist the Community Development Department with developing the City’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan. Qualified consulting firms should have experience in preparing and updating Comprehensive Plans for municipalities within the seven-county metropolitan area. Preferred consultant firms will have considerable experience in community design, land use and transportation planning, economic analysis, and community engagement.
