This project generally includes: surface preparation and coating of Tank 24 interior, completing improvements to the interior structural system, and completing various improvements for aeration, baffle, and cathodic protection systems.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all general contractors who wish to submit a bid for this project. The pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at the Cement Hill Water Treatment Plant at 1200 Manuel Campos Parkway, Fairfield, CA 94533. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who do not attend this meeting.
