Claims System Modernization

The Department of Financial Services (Department), an agency of the state of Florida (State), is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) seeking to replace the current Online Liquidation Claims Processing System (OLCP) to modernize its technology and realize benefits of increased workflow automation, improved customer service, scalability, and stability.

The Department intends to award one (1) Contract resulting from this ITN but reserves the right to make no award as determined to be in the best interest of the State. The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). It is the responsibility of all potential Respondents to monitor this site prior to and after submitting a Response. The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this ITN.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
