Project Description: The scope of work includes, but is not limited all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work:
1.Construction of the renovation including, but not limited to:
a. Steel framing.
b. Concrete work.
c. Carpentry and caulking.
d. Roofing.
e. Mechanical and electrical.
f. Sitework.
