Request for Proposal - Video and Photo Services for Directwest

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Directwest to qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Video and Photo Services as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

Directwest is seeking an experienced organization(s) to provide cost effective, end to end, commercial video and photography services for small and medium sized businesses throughout Saskatchewan. The successful organization(s) will provide an end to end solution for Directwest’s customers. In addition to video and photography development, it will be the responsibility of the successful firm(s), if any, to identify appropriate ideas, tone, personality and imagery through careful consultation with each Directwest customer.

Typical Product/Service Requirements include:

Videos produced from footage captured on the customer’s location including voice overs and background music
Videos, with voice overs, produced from photo montages – photos may be provided by customers or stock imagery
Editing of 60 second customer supplied videos with voice overs
One hour, on site photography session with at least 10 professionally edited HD images
Two hour, on site photography session with at least 20 professionally edited HD images

Participation process:

Qualified Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
