Description: The North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI), Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM), Injury Prevention Division, arranges instructor teams to teach the Safe Kids NC Child Passenger Safety Technician Certification Curriculum. A group of instructors, that are selected to participate as part of the bid process, will have the opportunity to teach Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPS) classes in North Carolina. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract.
