| Description: | The Project consists generally of the following major items: The project consists of an interior and exterior alteration. The interior alteration will include one office, an open work area, multipurpose room, quiet room, and two bathrooms. Interior finishes will consist of new flooring, base and paint throughout. All lighting will be replaced throughout with LED low profile fixtures. ADA improvements will be made to the front entry, creating an accessible entry door and storefront. An exterior door will be added for egress from the activity room. Exterior improvements will include the addition of an accessible front porch with railings, accessible exterior surfacing from the rear entry extending to the adjacent paved surface, and the addition of a double door at the maintenance storage room. |
