AFLCMC/C3IBK hereby awards on a sole source basis, an indefinite Quantity - Indefinite Delivery type contract for the sustainment and modernization of the Integrated Broadcast Service Enterprise Service (IBS-ES) program to include the United States Government and Collaborating Nations (CNs) as directed by the IBS Program Office. The authority for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
