Description

FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Space Operations Command (SpOC) Mission Delta 31 (MD31) 31st Sustainment Squadron (31STS) is releasing the Global Positioning System (GPS) Engineering, Analysis, and Remote Site Sustainment III (GEARSS III) FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP). All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. This FINAL RFP is open to all United States small business types.

The Government is requesting that interested respondents review the FINAL RFP documents included in the “PIEE Solicitation Module Link for FA882325RB002” link below. The FINAL RFP package includes 16 attachments. Proposal delivery instructions are included in Attachment 9 – Section L.

BIDDER’S LIBRARY

Interested parties are invited to request the Bidder’s Library documents for purposes of preparing a proposal for the GEARSS III effort.

Requests for access to the Bidder’s Library is restricted to U.S. contractors due to it containing export control and limited distribution items. Contractors requesting access must be registered in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program (JCP) Portal located at https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/DD2345Instructions/. Questions and help registering in the portal must be directed to DLA customer support as instructed on the site. Requests for assistance registering in the JCP portal sent to the contracting officer or specialist will not receive a response. Additionally, contractors must submit a copy of your valid DD Form 2345 with your request.

Interested parties will request the Bidder’s Library documents via e-mail request to Matthew Buchanan at matthew.buchanan@spaceforce.mil and Christopher Cook at christopher.cook.62@spaceforce.mil using the Subject Line: RFP FA882325RB002 Request for Bidder’s Library Documents. In the body of the email include the First and Last Name of the Requestor, Telephone Number, Company Name and CAGE code.

Requestors not verified as a U.S. contractor or without a valid DD Form 2345 will be denied access to the Bidder’s Library.

Contractors verified as U.S. contractors with a valid DD Form 2345 will receive an email from DoD SAFE with a link to download the bidder’s library.
