The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L Roudebush VAMC, NCO 10 Contracting Activity intends to solicit to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Soliciting from a single source for the following items listed below. NAICS code for this is 332321, Metal Window and Door Manufacturing. The SB vendor will be Kennon Products Inc., located at 1100 Hi Tech Drive, Sheridon, Wyoming 82801.
Description of requirements:
The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System Marion Campus is requesting the purchase of the Made in America Ligature Resistant Doors: twenty-eight (28) Kennon - Door 2.0 Single Set & Kennon - Door 2.0 Saloon Sets. These are the only items that will meet the Acute Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit s requirement regarding form, fit, and function.
