The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East is issuing this Solicitation to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to execute a Sole Source Award to WAHTS LLC out of Lebanon, NH under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.
The contractor shall supply Eight each, 6459-010-9003A WAHTS AC System which includes Annual calibration QA evaluation, Software access, Shipping, Handling, & insurance. Accessories include Two each, HEA-ASM-0002B Admin Tablet w/ Software. Requirement is for the Hearing Conservation Clinic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC.
