APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise and the capabilities to meet the qualification requirements to provide the services needed to support the Air force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) High Band Mission Application Services (HBMAS) support suite. AF DCGS is the lead Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) System used by intelligence agencies world-wide. Allowing system upgrades enables the DCGS enterprise network to maintain a high level of Operations Tempo and a high security posture.
The main objective of this contracting effort is the Development, Modernization, Integration, Fielding, Cyber Security and Sustainment activities required to meet AF DCGS Operational Requirements Document (ORD) requirements to maintain compliance with the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Architecture Framework, and the Joint Technical Architecture guidance to the maximum extent possible. Other DCGS ground and air elements will be supported as directed.
