RFB 2024-25-001 Library High Bay Lighting Retrofit to LED

The City of Hesperia, hereinafter referred to as “City”, is seeking online bids from qualified
vendors, hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”, to install high bay lighting and controls at the
Hesperia Branch Library.

The City Contact, hereinafter referred to as “Contact”, is the sole point of contact for this
solicitation. All communication shall be in writing and submitted to the Contact. Bidders
are not permitted to communicate with other City staff or officials about this RFB, except
for during pre-bid meetings, demonstrations, and/or interviews, unless otherwise directed
by the Contact.

Inquiries are due no later than October 15, 2024 at 5:00 PM. The City
shall respond to inquiries no later than October 16, 2024. Inquires
submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2024 at 10:00
AM at Hesperia Branch Library 9650 Seventh Ave, Hesperia, CA 92345.
A prospective bidder who in more than 15 minutes late to the mandatory
pre-bid meeting shall not be considered for award.

The deadline for submitting a bid is October 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM, at
which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud by the City.
