Comprehensive Plan UpdateCity of Murphy
Murphy, TX
The City of Murphy is embarking on its first Master Plan revision in seventeen years. The City is unique for the DFW metroplex, in that it is small in area, but big in impact. The city encompasses one of the busiest intersections and commercial corridors in the northeast region of the metro, and will soon be home to an H-E-B - one of the more exciting retail expansions in north Texas.
As the city nears "build-out", it desires a thoughtful consultant to help prepare for this next chapter. The plan will include a revised Land Use Plan, Mobility Plan, Urban Design, Corridor, Gateway and Wayfinding Plan, Economic Development/Redevelopment Plan, and a Community Facilities Plan.
