This is an invitation to submit a bid to Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the Dungeness Drive Extension Project. The work to be performed under this contract consist of Clearing and Grubbing, Drainage, Base and Paving of a new extended section of Dungeness Drive and the realignment of a section of South Port Parkway. The project will include but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, erosion and sedimentation control, grading, drainage pipe installation, borrow for centerline adjustments, hauling, placing, compacting and shaping embankments, asphalt milling and paving, signage and striping, temporary and permanent grassing.

. At 2:00 bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the second floor of the Harold Pate Building which is located at 1725 Reynold Street Brunswick, GA. Additionally, the bid opening will be streamed live on the County's YouTube Channel.
Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received.

. All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
