LCOG S&DS is looking for the most responsible proposer to operate the Metro Meals on Wheels program within the city limits of Eugene, Oregon and any area not served by LCOG S&DS serving eligible consumers: 1) sixty years or older who are homebound, as defined by the federal Older Americans Act (OAA), 2) people eligible for Medicaid, Oregon Project Independence (OPI) Classic, State Plan Personal Care (SPPC), and Oregon Project Independence - Medicaid (OPI-M) as authorized by a LCOG S&DS Case Manager through the consumers care plan.
