Community Water System Upgrades Project for Section 4 of the Pocono Ranchlands Property Owners Association

Project Description: Pocono Ranchlands POA, Inc. will receive sealed bids for the Community Water System Upgrades Project for Section 4 of the Pocono Ranchlands Property Owners Association. Bids will be received via PennBid until 2 PM (prevailing time) on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025.
All documents are available at no cost at PennBid (https://PennBid.bonfirehub.com).
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Friday, August 8th at 11:00 AM at the project site located at 2118 Cherry Blossom Lane, Bushkill, PA 18324
The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Pocono Ranchlands Property Owners Association in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions.
Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above.
