Update 6: AMENDMENT 4 to Update Solicitation and to Provide Questions and Answers Regarding Solicitation Now Posted.

This Amendment includes significant changes to the solicitation and provides Questions and Answers responses regarding the solicitation. This Amendment contains numerous items, however, offerors need to pay particular attention to the following items:

1. Section J – Phase I – Advisory Down Select attachment has been updated.

2. Updated Section B Price Schedule (Please pay particular attention to number 2. “Labor Rates” in the Overview tab. Offerors must complete the NCR BOA Workbook and Task Order 1 – Atlanta Specialized Room (if interested) Excel spreadsheets attached to this email and on SAM.gov. The NCR BOA Workbook and Task Order 1 – Atlanta Specialized Room Price Worksheet incorporated in the solicitation is for reference only and not to be completed.)

Any offeror who submitted a proposal before the date of this posting will need to resubmit their proposal to be in accordance with the updated solicitation.

Questions regarding the updated solicitation are due by 2 p.m., Monday, September 29, 2025.

RFP Due Date is 1 p.m. October 15, 2025.

Site visit Q&A’s will be provided in a later Amendment.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a proposal the National Conference Room Audio Visual Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and its assoicated Task Order Requirement. The BOA Pricing Workbook is within the attached RFP, but we require all offerors to complete the BOA Pricing and Task Order 1 Excel Worksheet files (separate attachments to this contract opportunity). Please follow ALL instructions when completing the workbooks. The RFP is non-transferable, unless approved in advance by the Contracting Officer. Please refer to the RFP package for all the requirements of this acquisition.

Please be sure to clearly indicate on the proposal response all contact information (i.e. account representative name, email addresses and phone numbers). Offerors shall pay particular attention to Section 7.3.1-06 “Identification and Delivery of Proposals-March 2009” of the RFP for specific proposal submission instructions.

Any questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted to Hamilton Jackson at hamjackson@fdic.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. (Noon) July 16, 2025.

To be considered for this opportunity, offerors shall provide all information required in the RFP, on or before 1:00 p.m. EDT, Friday, October 15, 2025. Any missing volumes or required information in the proposal submission may be considered non-responsive.
