The Plymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites SEALED bids from Contractors for the Housing Type 59.1 Development for the Plymouth Housing Authority in Plymouth Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Plymouth Housing Authority.
The Project consists of: Replace existing kitchen outlets and breakers with GFCIs.
The work is estimated to cost 90,000.00 dollars
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 ss44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 ss 26 to 27H inclusive. If the project is related to a federal site, then Davis-Bacon Rates apply, unless State Prevailing Wages are higher.

General Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 4, 2025, and publicly opened, forthwith.

All Bids should be delivered to Plymouth Housing Authority, 130 Court St., Plymouth, MA. 02360 and received no later than the date and time specified above.
General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount, considering all alternates, and made payable to the Plymouth Housing Authority.
Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available for pickup at
130 Court St., Plymouth, MA. 02360 or by requesting from Greg McGowan at gmcgowan at plymha.org.
Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for 20.00 dollars per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.
