NOTICE TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FIRMS
South Arkansas College, El Dorado, Arkansas is soliciting responses from qualified construction management companies to provide professional Construction Management-General Contractor (CM-GC) services related to the planning and construction of a new 100-bed Student Residence Hall (Howard Hall) at the West Campus of South Arkansas College, South West Avenue, El Dorado, Arkansas. Construction management services required will include pre-construction phase services as a member of the design team and the subsequent bidding and construction phase services.
The project will consist of a new, approximately 30,000 square foot, two-story residence hall, including associated site development. The construction budget is anticipated to be approximately $11 million with completion required no later than July 1, 2026.
A detailed Request For Qualifications (RFQ) packet outlining basic project requirements, submittal format, and selection methodology and schedule will be provided to interested parties and is available by contacting:
