Project Description: The work to be performed under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to decommission and demolish the existing Easton Road Pump Station and install two insertion valves and one gate valve near the Easton Road Pump Station, all located in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, product removal, coordination with the Owner, demolition, site work, excavation, disposal, valve installation, and road restoration, as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. All work is to be completed under a single lump sum contract.
