Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Storage Tank and Chlorination Building Rehabilitation: Contract I (Tank Repainting), Contract II (Well House Repairs), and Contract III (Fence) will be received by the Chicot-Desha Intermodal Authority at 300 Shady Lane, McGehee, AR 71654 until 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Gaunt Engineers, Inc. Located at 3256 West Hillsboro, El Dorado, AR upon nonrefundable payment of $50.00 for each set.
Each BIDDER must deposit with his BID, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information For Bidders.
Attention of BIDDERS is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
No BIDDER may withdraw his BID within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
