This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular: 2025-03 Effective Date 01/17/2025.
This solicitation is for set-aside 100% for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561421, with a small business size standard of $15 million. The FSC/PSC is R426.
Vendors (companies) are encouraged to review attachment 36C24725Q0377 Telephone Switchboard Operations Services for solicitation details before responding to this notice.
