THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST ONLY
This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited.
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Hampton VA Medical Center, located 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton VA 23667 is conducting market research to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition for Phoenix II Workstation.
The Department of Veteran Affairs, North Battlefield CBOC seeks a contractor to delivery and Install Phoenix II Workstation. The contractor shall provide items which include all requested equipment, un-crating of materials, and installation.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510: Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, Product Service Code (PSC) Classification is 6525: Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary and Size Standard 1250 Employees.
