Description:

The City of Attleboro is requesting sealed proposals for three separate projects:

  1. Collection, Transportation and/or Disposal/Processing of Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials
  2. Disposal of Solid Waste
  3. Processing of Recyclable Materials.

The Contract term for each project is for five years from 7/1/25-6/30/30.  Contract to be awarded  in January 2025.

Three separate projects will be awarded with three separate contracts.

Three independent proposals must be submitted separately.  If bidding on all three projects, the proposals must be put in separate envelopes/containers.  Proposals cannot be submitted together in the same container.

Proposers are required to submit one (1) original, seven (7) copies and one (1) flash drive for each project.

Special Requirements:
Proposals will be received by the City of Attleboro, MA at the Purchasing Office 2nd floor, Attleboro City Hall, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703 until 11:00 AM, Friday, November 15th, 2024. Proposers are required to submit one (1) original, seven (7) copies and one (1) flash drive for each project submitted separately.

If at the time of the scheduled proposal due date, Attleboro Government Center is closed due to uncontrolled events such as fire, snow, ice, or building evacuation, the proposal will be postponed until 9:00 AM on the next normal business day. Proposals will be accepted until that date and time.
