NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – CORPORATE REGISTRY BULK DATA & WEB ACCESS PRODUCTS, MOODY’S ANALYTICS, INC

The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Moody’s Analytics, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).

The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services, with a business size standard of $40M.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may submit a capabilities statement to this requirement by emailing the Contract Specialist, Heather Payne-Waldock, at heather.j.payne-waldock@irs.gov, no later than 3:30 PM (EST) on 24 January 2025. Only emailed responses will be considered. All electronic correspondence shall have the subject line read: 5000183890 Corporate Registry Bulk Data & Web Access Products. Submitted capability statements must contain material in sufficient detail to determine the party can meet all of the requirements identified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
