The purpose of this RFQ is to secure the professional services of a skilled communicator and experienced negotiator, who will work under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, to serve as the City of Reno’s Chief Spokesperson for the negotiation of full-scope successor agreements for the City’s ten (10) bargaining groups, negotiation during limited-scope reopening circumstances, and all matters reasonably related thereto.
