Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) Licensed Treatment Facility in Contra Costa or Solano County California for VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) in accordance with the performance work statement contained herein.
