2/26/25 In conformance with pay-to-play requirements for public purchasing all are welcome to submit professional quotes to jkelly@berkeleytownship.org for the replacement of a Cummins L9 engine with reman long block for a 2016 KME fire truck.

Pursuant to the provisions of the resolution, this letter shall serve as a "Request for Proposals" to all interested persons. The governing body intends to award contracts for the services enumerated on the attached "Schedule A" prior to April 21, 2025. All sealed proposals must be submitted to James Kelly, Berkeley Township Purchasing Agent, at Berkeley Township Purchasing Department, 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, P.O. Box B, Bayville, New Jersey, 08721, on or before March 20th, 2025, at or before 10:00 AM.
