Request for Proposals for a Public Engagement Platform
It is the intention of the City to award a contract to the highest-ranked Supplier meeting the specifications of the Request for Proposals. Notwithstanding the dates and times shown in this Supplier Discovery / Notice of Intended Procurement, Suppliers are to note the following: The Solicitation is now open. Its documents are available in the City's Online Procurement System at the Public Posting link shown above. The Submission Deadline will be the later of (a)12:00 p.m. local time in Toronto on April 23, 2025, or (b) the date and time displayed in the City Online Procurement System countdown clock. Solicitation documents are available only in SAP Ariba, the City of Toronto’s chosen e-bidding solution, and responses must be submitted in SAP Ariba. Suppliers must be registered on SAP Ariba to initiate or continue doing business with the City. New suppliers who have not previously registered with the City and who are interested in viewing and bidding on City solicitations can register by going to the City of Toronto Registration Page. | Specific Conditions for Procurement: | In accordance with Item - 2025.EX21.2 - Mayor’s Economic Action Plan in Response to United States Tariffs adopted by City Council on March 26 and 27, 2025, only Canadian Suppliers will be eligible to bid on this solicitation, it being of a value that is under the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) threshold of $353,300 for goods and services. |
