The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes for qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to meet all specifications to remove Carrier model 50TCQD08A2P5A0K3F0 heat pump roof top package unit ( Shoreside Asset Management (SAM) Equipment ID: 192619, Package Unit, Air Cooled - #8) and replace with comparable heat pump package unit to service the second deck of the hangar building, 2nd deck of hangar at US Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans located at, 400 Russell Ave, New Orleans, LA 70143
Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Statement of Work (SOW), and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held before starting the work at US Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans located at, 400 Russell Ave, New Orleans, LA 70143
All work is to be completed in accordance with the SOW. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest reasonable price technically acceptable bidder. This is a set aside 100% for small business. All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov and must provide representations prescribed in clause 52.236-1 in Section III of the attached contract format document to be considered. For
