The US EPA requires a contractor-sustained database and interactive map viewer for displaying and analyzing the data. The XML formatted data is forwarded, by email, to the contractor for routine data quality analysis and presentation via secure web server now accessible by each coastal EPA Region. The database allows the EPA to effectively monitor compliance and track ocean disposal site usage.
