IFB Multi-Provider, On Call, Vactor and Drainage Facility Cleaning services in San Diego and Imperial Counties

1.        Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, water, equipment, de-watering bins, resources, traffic control, permits and travel necessary to provide on call, as needed Vactor and Drainage Facility Cleaning services for Caltrans drainage facilitates. Contractor shall test, identify, reduce contamination, remove and legally treat and/or dispose of waste materials. The services shall include laboratory analysis of waste materials removed and securing dump sites
