Sealed bids for the project entitled 2026-15 Town of Farragut McFee Dog Park will be received by the Town of Farragut on October 28th, 2025, at 2:00pm in the Town of Farragut Town Hall located at 11408 Municipal Center Dr., 2nd Floor, Farragut, Tennessee, 37934. At said place and time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Town of Farragut is soliciting bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to construct a dog park at the Town of Farragut McFee Park. This is a grant funded project through the Tennessee Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF). All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by contractors prior to submission of bids. Plans can be downloaded from any of the websites mentioned in section 1.2 and 1.4.
Only bids from qualified bidders will be accepted. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the State of Tennessee and be appropriately licensed as a contractor in the State. Pricing shall be all inclusive but not limited to all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, freight, travel, fuel, set-up and take-down costs, and all other costs related to the successful completion of the project

Bidders’ contact with anyone else in the Town is forbidden and may result in disqualification of the Vendor’s bid. Further, any oral communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Town. Bidders should rely only on written statements issued by the Finance Department representative.
