Description and Scope of the Effort

Platform One is soliciting information from qualified vendors who can provide a comprehensive range of cybersecurity services covering multiple disciplines including, but not limited to, logging and monitoring, cyber defense, digital forensics, incident response, infrastructure support, cybersecurity engineering, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) engineering, and vulnerability management. Potential vendors should demonstrate a robust ability to address these dynamic and critical areas to support our mission of securely delivering superior software solutions within the military domain, focusing on Platform Security / Purple Team Testing - Hardware, software, or service solutions that achieve thorough security assessments or purple team testing. Solutions may include elements such as simulating cyber-attacks to identify weaknesses, providing detailed reports on vulnerabilities, and recommending or implementing remediation strategies to enhance the overall security posture.

Acquisition Vehicle - Platform One Solutions Marketplace

Platform One intends to utilize the Platform One Solutions Marketplace (P1SM) as the contracting vehicle and solicitation mechanism for this potential acquisition. Only Awardable vendors on the P1SM are eligible for this potential acquisition.

Current P1SM Vendors with Awardable Solution(s)

Current P1SM Vendors with active awardable solution(s) that are or potentially could be within scope of this effort are advised to identify the active awardable solution(s) and send the submission title and/or P1SM URL link to their awardable solution to both the Contracting and Technical POC's listed above via email by 5:00PM CST, Wednesday 17 April, 2025.

Prospective P1SM Vendors

Interested vendors that do not have an active awardable solution(s) on the P1SM within scope of this effort are advised to provide a video submission to the P1SM via the P1SM Industry Portal located at https://www.p1-marketplace.com. Please reference this notice with your submission. P1 is requesting submissions prior to 30 April 2025 so interested vendors will be included in the upcoming evaluation schedule.

Anticipated Contract Strategy

Platform One plans to leverage the P1SM for related sequential award(s) and/or agreement(s) for this effort. Regardless of selection by Platform One for this effort, awardable P1SM submissions are post-competition, decentralized and may be leveraged by other Federal organizations for future awards and/or agreements. The following is the anticipated contract strategy and is subject to change before contract execution:

Platform One will primarily utilize the Platform One Solutions Marketplace (P1SM) to conduct comprehensive market research, aiming to identify and qualify vendors that possess the expertise and capabilities to meet the organization's complex cybersecurity needs. These potential contractors, already listed with awardable solutions on the P1SM, will be evaluated through this centralized platform, streamlining the selection process. The goal is to facilitate the discovery of vendors capable of entering into contracts with Platform One while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness in procurement through the P1SM's existing structure and processes.

This Call to Industry for potential solutions or to identify active, awardable solutions, is issued solely for information-gathering purposes and vectoring vendors to the P1SM. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Participation in this RFI is voluntary, and no compensation will be provided for responses.
