Description

Scope Description: Provide program management and technical services to support all phases of the requirements generation process to include necessary analysis and requirements. This includes delivery of formal reports, studies, or documents deemed necessary in the execution of programmatic support for operational requirements-related documents to support acquisition programs.

Type of Contract: The contract was a Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract.

Competition: The subject contract was not awarded competitively. The reason this requirement was not competed is because the incumbent contract expired on 26 Mar 2025, and could not be extended. The USCG attempted to perform a competed action under solicitation number 70Z02324R77100001, however, there was a significant change in the scope during the solicitation and had to be canceled. The USCG has continued need of this requirement and contract. It was not possible to award a new contract in a timely fashion. Therefore, the subject bridge contract was awarded to fulfill ongoing mission needs.
