The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (“DHS”) requires a contractor to provide information to enable Contractors to prepare and submit bids for the Department of Human Services (“Department” or “DHS”), Office of Children, Youth and Families (“OCYF”) in consideration on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Commonwealth”) to satisfy a need for a Conference and Event Coordinator to manage conferencing services for the Office of Children, Youth and Families (“OCYF”) Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (“SWAN”) program (“Project”).

ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS eMarketplace website to view any change notices to this IFB.
