ITB: SPFAC00546 - Alaska Office Building Roof Repairs and Replacement

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Alaska Office Building Roof Repairs and Replacement, Program Number SPFAC00546, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 9, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will install a new single ply roofing membrane over the existing built-up roof assembly at the Alaska Office Building (350 Main Street) in Juneau, Alaska. Work includes removal and replacement of existing metal copings, flashings, roof walkway protection pads, door thresholds, and roof accessories.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The project substantial completion date is September 30, 2025.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at the Juneau State Office Building (333 Willoughby Avenue). Meet in the 8 ^th floor lobby. (Note this building is not the same as the project location.)
