Description:

The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors interested in providing, for a three-year contract period, sewer ejector pump services. The Project consists of: labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to successfully provide repairs, maintenance and inspections of pump stations at both City View Towers and Francis Gatehouse.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on July 1, 2026 @ 11:00 AM. Â Interested bidders shall meet at the front door at City View Towers located at 657 Merrimack Street.
